Around 3 in 10 deaths globally are caused by cardiovascular diseases – diseases of the heart and blood vessels that can cause heart attacks and stroke. At least 80% of premature deaths from cardiovascular diseases could be prevented through a healthy diet, regular physical activity and avoiding the use of tobacco.
More than 80% of adults do not meet the guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activities, and more than 80% of adolescents do not do enough aerobic physical activity to meet the guidelines for youth.

About Us
My name is Garren Allred and I love to move and study all things health and movement. I am a Husband, and a father to 3 amazing girls (and 1 foreign exchange student) and my life is filled with movement. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
